ABOUT US
Our club is a BC Summer Swimming Association (BCSSA) summer swim club offering quality coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve their swimming, artistic swimming and water polo skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to competitor.
Sunfish has been in North Delta since 1970 teaching over 5,000 North Delta children to swim competitively. Additionally, we offer a fabulous co-ed Water Polo program throughout the year. Water Polo was introduced into the Sunfish in 2004 with ongoing success. We have also offered Artistic Swimming since 2014!
All of our coaches have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in Canada. They provide assurances that the time children spend in our programs will be of quality and a fun time.
The North Delta Sunfish Swim Club, a non-profit organization, is run by its elected Board of Directors which meets each month. All members are welcome to be involved in team activities and fundraisers. Volunteering is the key to our success!
We are constantly growing and training our members to be a part of either our development or competitive groups. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask a board member, coach or email us at [email protected]! We look forward to meeting you!
