Fall/Winter Program (Sep-mid Apr)
We have an introductory to artistic swimming program where swimmers learn the basic synchro figures in hopes to have a mid-year and end-of-year performance to their families.
Summer Program (May 1-mid Aug)
Artistic swimming is offered as part of the whole program where swimmers are able to compete with Figures, Duets and Team routines. The Club holds water shows for their members while BCSSA will have Regionals followed by Provincials.
Recreational Program
Recreational Artistic Swimming is a fun way for swimmers to explore their talents in a new water sport and express their creativity at the same time. We use a Star Program where each swimmer develops their skills in pursuit of progressing to the next star level. The Recreational group will learn the basic foundational skills, progressions, figures and a mini technical routine. Technical routines will be show-cased at the North Delta Sunfish Swim Meet and/or during a special pool practice.
Competitive Program
Commitment is sought in June and then full commitment is required for July and August due to the short season and team development of the routines. Attendance will be taken at practices to ensure meets the policy requirements. Beginner and Intermediate Competitive groups will focus on figures, progressions, a technical routine (and possibly an artistic routine depending on time and ability) for any available water shows and Regionals/Provincials.
