PROGRAMS
SWIMMING
Please register in your correct age group. Coaches will assess skill level and determine swim group during first 2 practices and is subject to change throughout the session.
Please register in your correct age group as space is very limited. Practices are dependent on group skill level.
***There is also opportunity for Sunfish to participate in an independent Surrey Development League managed under Water Polo Canada and Water Polo West. More information to come.
ARTISTIC SWIMMING (SYNCHRO)
We are only offering a beginner/junior program to introduce artistic swimming figures. Intent is to present a water show of either core figures and/ or short individual routine.
SWIMMING
Please register in your correct age group. Coaches will assess skill level and determine swim group during first 2 practices and is subject to change throughout the session.
- Little Fishy: 5-7 yrs old and will be focused on basic swimming fundamentals
- Junior: 8 - 11 yrs old will be developing stroke fundamentals and speed
- Intermediate: 12 - 13 yrs old will be developing stroke fundamentals and speed
- Senior: 14 yrs old and above will be developing stroke fundamentals and incorporating speed

- Junior Players (U10) - will develop water polo fundamentals (both water polo swimming and ball handling
- Intermediate (U12/U14) - will continue to develop water polo fundamentals while increasing intensity of drills
